All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are strictly final. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or if you made an incorrect selection during checkout. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their cart and product descriptions before finalizing their purchase.

Exceptions & Damaged Items

We only replace or address items if they arrive defective or damaged due to shipping errors. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number in the subject line.

  3. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

Upon review, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include sending a replacement for the damaged item.
