Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following guidelines outline our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the local postal services.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and external factors such as customs checks, severe weather, or carrier delays can occasionally extend this window.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated 14 business days, please allow an extra 2–3 days for unexpected carrier delays. If you still have not received your package, contact our support team at Wings.glb@outlook.com with your order number, and we will help track it down.
